Access Violation error: How to solve?

Hello every body, I was trying to complie the code on Quartus 11.1 (with sp1 added) & got following error during compliation. Please let me know how to resolve this. Thanks in advance! Regar...

try deleting the db and incremental_db directories

If that doesnt work - raise a support request with altera mysupport, and you'll probably have to drop back a version if they cant find the issue.
