Access to DSN Customer Project Registration Form

I'm a DSN Partner representative, but my Intel account lacks access to for instance DSN Customer Project Registration Form. The DSN page link "Customer Project Registration" links to https://partners.intel.com/, but there I get automatically redirected to https://premiersupport.intel.com/IPS/home/home.jsp instead, where there's no Project Registration Form. Also, under "My Tools" when clicking on the little profile icon in the top right corner when logged in, there are other links missing. For instance a New Design Registration link that used to be there. I need to register a new customer project, and the customer is only waiting for this before we can have an order placed.
