You can find out which FLASH devices are supported for configuration from this webpage: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/programmable/support-resources/design-guidance/configuration-support.html

In the "Intel® Supported Configuration Devices" part, you can see the configuration device Cyclone 10 LP supports.
