About Altera Cyclone V E FPGA Development Board

I have some question about it.

In the cyclone v e fpga development board reference manual(pdf) (http://www.altera.com/literature/manual/rm_cve_fpga_dev_board.pdf) , it mentions "16-channel differential 24-bit ADC" on board reference U35, but I don't see U35 on Figure 2–1.

Q1: It means 16-channel differential 24-bit ADC is on this board or needing to addition it by myself?

We want to use this board to control moter.

"Figure 3. FOC Model" shows that PWM output to motor.

Q2: How can I use the FPGA fabric to complete PWM?
