I'm looking for ip or logic in verilog to detect 4 phases and discrminator them out to 90 degree angle. Is there IP core or anything? SeanForum Discussion

Altera_ForumGood news. Finally, I just got 4 signals discriminator them out to 90 degree angle from DC-DC buck converter of solar panel power.
