Hi, I am looking for the Maximum Rated Junction Temp for 10M50DAF256I7G.

    Maximum rated Junction Temperature is 125 °C, referring to MAX 10 Device datasheet.

    But in normal use, please avoid reaching this temperature, and follow recommended operating conditions.
