10M02SCU169 Package Mechanical Drawing cannot be downloaded

Dear SIr/Madam,

I'm having trouble viewing or downloading the 10M02SCU169 package mechanical drawing. I opened up the link https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/programmable/support-resources/devices/package.html and search for 10M02SCU169, after clicking on the link https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/packaging/04R00470-02.pdf it opens up a new window with the error message attached. Please help me on this.

    Hi,
    that's an error generated by your Webbrowser. I also see it with Microsoft Edge. Use a different browser, e.g. Firefox.
