10CL010YU256I7G - FPGA Cyclone 10 LP Family 10320 Cells 256-Pin UFBGA

This is Hasib, i am a Layout engineer. We will be using 10CL010YU256I7G in our design. I was looking for the Jedec Land Pattern details.

I could not find it in he datasheet. Can you please send us the Land pattern details.
