*.rbf file for MAX10 to use JRunner

I would like to program the MAX10 with an embedded controller. As the resources from embedded controller ar too small to use the Jam STAPL Player,

I would use the JRunner, but there is no possibility to generate an *.rbf file from Quartus II (15.0) Software.

How is it possible to create an *.rbf file for MAX10?
