.elf is not fused in fpga

hi , while fusing .elf file its giving error. leaving target processor paused.can anybody tell me ,what is mean of it and why it giving that kind of error. thanks ajay

It isn't an error, it just says that the processor is frozen at the end of the flash operation. You can restart it either through a reset (or power cycle) or by downloading a new .elf file to RAM.
