Hi,
The information is important for us to carry out next level of investigation.
For items 1 & 2, you should be able to get from your system, for items 3 & 4 you should be able to answer because you found the chips.
- What is the affected lot number?
- Provide Intel PSG SO number
- How did you detect the failure?
- How many qty receive and how many unit found with this condition?
In case of no information from your end we wont be able to continue with the investigation.
