Witch is the best board for LVDS ADC3444

Good evening, I need to acquire data for TI ADC3444 witch send data via LVDS two wire at 438 MHZ. We have at our disposition a DE1-SOC witch uses a Ciclone V, My question is, could the DE1-SOC can manage LVDS clock frequency without jitter or is recommenden to use other board. In this case, witch board is recommended? Thank you for your help.
