Hi Shravan,

Intel does not have documentation or tutorials for Oprofile on Cyclone V, or any of the family boards.

      Cyclone V SoC have the ARM dual-core Cortex-A9 MPCore processor and there are a discussions and if you search online for Oprofile on Cortex-A9.

      Since, Oprofile able to work on ARM, it is possible that Cyclone V SoC's Cortex A9 supports Oprofile.
