Why N3000 PAC Board can‘ t detect PCIe

Our N3000-2 pac cannot work suddenly. When we try to reboot the server machine(R730,750W), it cannot entry the system and showed the error in picture 1. Then we remove the pac to another server...

I think the most probable reason is that you dont have enough airflow to the card. When the temp is too hot, the card will shutdown causing a kernel panic (due to the unexpected PCIe link is missing). At the same time it will LED blinking 1 sec interval.
