Which devices contain megaram (M-RAM/MRAM)?

I couldn't find much information either. All I can gather is that M-RAM is a type of memory block and probably is only available in legacy devices listed in the RAM Megafunctions User Guide.

May I know why are you interested in the M-RAM? Which device are you using?

My device does not contain M-RAM, so I'm not immediately concerned. But it would still be nice to know which devices have M-RAM, and some documentation on what it is.

As mentioned earlier, M-RAM is a type of memory block. It is a large type of memory block: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/quartushelp/18.0/index.htm#reference/glossary/def_mega_ram.htm

Another large memory block is M144K, I think the M-RAM was replaced by M144K based on internal database:
