As mentioned earlier, M-RAM is a type of memory block. It is a large type of memory block: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/quartushelp/18.0/index.htm#reference/glossary/def_mega_ram.htm
Another large memory block is M144K, I think the M-RAM was replaced by M144K based on internal database:
