Where is EPCQ-L Flash located on Cyclone 10 GX Dev Kit board?

Question

I am going to replace the pre-mounted EPCQ-L flash with a new flash from other vendor on my Cyclone 10 GX Dev Kit. The schematic shows EPCQ-L is U4. However, I am not able to find it on the board.

I did send the pictures on Sep. 12. Please see the attached email.

Anyway, I have figured out where the flash is located. You can close the case.
