We ordered an DE4 Board with Stratrix IV GX EP4SGX230 FPGA. Specification did not include Quartus software. Can this board work with at least one of the free Quartus II web editions ?

• Audio Video Development Kit, Stratix IV GX Edition CD-ROM

Contact distributor/vendor from where kit was purchased.
