New Contributorwe have Ordered CPLD (EPM3064ATI44-10N,EPM3128ATI100-10N) From Arrow Electronic but we Found Blacktopping on CPLD and FPGA and may i know why Mfg Put Blacktop on the products , if Products are Original or Refurbished ?
