we have Ordered CPLD (EPM3064ATI44-10N,EPM3128ATI100-10N) From Arrow Electronic but we Found Blacktopping on CPLD and FPGA and may i know why Mfg Put Blacktop on the products , if Products are Original or Refurbished ?

Please provide the photo of the blacktop on the product you mention for us to investigate.

In addition, Intel PSG has its authorized distributor to sale Intel devices. If you got the devices from formal distributors, you shouldn’t worry on the device authenticity as the devices must be valid units.
