Want to know difference between the two part numbers EP4CE15F23I8LN EP4CE15F23I8N

These are related to Intel Altera Cyclone FPGA

Hi Srinath,

I think there is no EP4CE15F23I8LN, it should be EP4CE15F23I8L instead. If it so, the differences between EP4CE15F23I8L and EP4CE15F23I8N is that the former are using lead-free packaging and the latter is a low-voltage device.

    Hi YL, But part# EP4CE15F23I8LN is listed in distributor site Digikey and EP4CE15F23I8N is not available(Our buyer did not find this part# EP4CE15F23I8N). Hence the confusion.
