Dear Sir/Madam I use 1.8V in bank7A and 3.3V in bank 8A , So what voltage should i set for VCCPD7A8A? Thanks! Ted

Seems like it is not possible, bank 7 and bank 8 share the same VCCPD. PLease refer to guideline below when assigning I/O for Cyclone V E.
