Using C and the Monitor Program NIOS II with the DE2i-150

Is it possible to use C on the NIOSII processor using the Monitor Program with the DE2i-150?

I have Quartus Prime Lite 18.0 and the FPGA Monitor Program 18.0 both installed.

There is no DE2i-150 "Computer System" in the list of systems that come with the monitor program. I believe that is why I am getting the error

"Could not query JTAG Instance IDs.

Please ensure the FPGA has been configured using the correct .sof file."

I can successfully use a DE1-SoC board and use the NIOS II DE1-SoC processor that come with the monitor program, but now I would like to use NIOS II on the DE2i-150
