USB BlasterII - Board side connector

Hello.

I am looking for the board side connector for USB Blaster II.
What is the model number of the recommended connector?

The connector of the box type such as the attached figure is hope.
The pin header may get a wrong direction, it is unnecessary.

    There are literally dozens of manufacturers of parts like this. IDE box header 2x5, 100mil pin pitch.
    There are both through hole and surface mount versions. All distributors carry them: Mouser, DigiKey, Allied, Newark, Arrow, ...
