Unable to program my .sof file into the Stratix10 Development Board.

Programming my design.sof onto the Stratix10 Development Board the Progress Bar stops at 9% and I received the following 3 messages: "Device has stopped receiving configuration data 18950." "Error me...

All switches are in the default position with the same result. Tried 6MHz, same result. I can program the 'bts_config.sof' (this .sof is supplied with the Development Board) without any problem. What setting am I missing to generate a proper .sof that I can program into the Startix 10???
