Unable to boot linux kernel on arria 10 soc

Hello support. My uboot is not able to pass the handle to kernel to boot linux. I can see the kernel was loaded on RAM, yet there is a kernel panic message. Any idea what could be the issue? Thank...

    Hello,

    May I know what source your system is booting from? sdcard or flash ?

    This kernel panic might be due to:

    1- bad sdcard image.

    2- corrupted image.

    3- mismatch between device tree and FPGA.
