Unable o program Max10 Dev kit

Hi,

I got a Max10 Dev kit and successfully run the diag program featured with it (able to access the device through JTAG, read ADC, toggle LEDs ...)

I then built a very simple project, based on the golden_top sample, it compiles but I'm unable to program it on the device.

I tried it in the same way I did it with former version of Quartus (launch programmer, add sof file and then click start) but I systematically get a "failed"! :(

What could be wrong?
