UL approval for Cyclone 10 GX 10CX150YF780E6G FPGA

Hello:We are using Cyclone 10 GX 10CX150YF780E6G FPGA in our new product, may I ask does it need UL approval or what kind of electronic component on PCB need UL approval? If need will UL approval be mentioned in datasheet?Thanks for your support in advanced!Br. Li
