tPad_Picture_Viewer Demonstration: problems to get it run

Dear community,

I opened the tPad_Picture_Viewer demonstration in Quartus(10.0) and did a full compilation and programmed the tPad.

Primarly, I inserted a SD Card with several pictures in JPEG. Nevertheless, the program does nothing.

What I did wrong?
