Thermal Models and/or Thermal Properties and Composition Materials of Arria 10 SOC and PowerSOC Components

Ideally looking for thermal models for Arria 10 10AS016C4U19I3SG and EN6362QI/EN6337QI/EZ6301QI PowerSOC components for the purposes of doing system level modelling. An ANSYS thermal model would be ideal, FloTHERM ok. See some thermal models for Stratix 10 parts on Intel's website, and some FLOTHERM models for Stratix II, III, IV, and Cyclone III … but not for Arria 10 or PowerSOC parts.

If no thermal models are available, minimally need bulk thermal properties and % composition of the materials used in the parts. As an example, like is discussed in Appendix B of this Freescale white paper: https://cache.freescale.com/files/analog/doc/white_paper/BasicThermalWP.pdf. Don't see this information anywhere either.
