Which FPGA device are you referring to? Intel Xeon Gold 6138P is a processor product and not any FPGA product. If you are asking the processor spec, please refer to this link here for all the processor product specification:

Thank you for the clarification, however we can only help to address only stand alone FPGA product such as Stratix series, Arria series, Cyclone series and MAX series. From the given link, it stated this processor features an Arria 10 GX 1150. If you are looking for Arria 10 information, then you can refer to the following link:
