Stratix V GX LED ERROR On

Hi,

I have restored the MAX V device to the factory default but after restart the MAX V ERROR LED is on, what's the problem? i tried to upload a SOF file over Portal but it crashed at 30% and i had to power off the board after the restart the board would not work so i had to do factory reset using POS file.
