Stratix 10 H-Tile SOC SX DEV KIT

On the Stratix 10 H-Tile SOC SX DEV KIT I need to connect some I/O that goes from the FMC PORT B connector through the system MAX 10 to the stratix 10 fpga. Is there a quartus project file available ...
