SoCKit rev D. HCSL refclk; how to use?

Hi,

I would like to use the HCSL reference clock but can't seem to be able to do so. I honestly don't know why I can't get this input moving other than setting the Si5338 in LVDS mode but although working, I'd need to change the zero ohm resistors for capacitors if I wish to do this and would always have to reprogram the Si5338. If I could get it to work out of the box, it would be awsome.

Although I think the bug has been resolved, I did remove the termination on the input as described in the solution ID rd11242009_258 on Altera's site but can't still get a clock.

Help would be appreciated.
