SFP HSMC board for Cyclone IV GX FPGA Development Kit

I have a Cyclone IV GX FPGA Development Kit. I want to test a SFP interface with this Board. Are there any SFP HSMC boards available for Cyclone IV GX FPGA Development Kit?

Thanks for the reply. But I see that this HSMC Board only supports Stratix IV GX, Arria GX, and Arria IIGX . Does it also support Cyclone IV GX FPGAs also?
