RS232 file transfer

Hi everyone, I am trying to send a text file from my PC to DE2 board. I was able to establish a nice commuincation between my PC and DE2. However, all RS232 terminal programs are not relaiable...

Yes, it is a text file. Copy/paste doesn't work with PuTTY :(

Can we anything else?
