Role of TPG in tPad VIP Camera demonstration

Hello, Does someone know what is TPG component and what does it do in the VIP Camera demonstration of tPad Kit? Thank you,

Thanks, I googled it but with just the initiales it was difficult to find something. Since I have found the exact signification (Test Pattern Generator) and it's now easier.
