Please be noted that Intel FPGA is compliant with RoHS (EU) 2015/863. Hence the PN provided is compliant with RoHS(EU) 2015/863. You can find the related information from the following link:

MAX3000A (EPM3064ATC100-10N) has been discontinued, kindly see the PDN1709

Sorry to tell you that there is no alternate PN for the part number given but please consider to use our latest MAX FPGA which are MAX 10, MAX V, or MAX II.
