We recommend using an Intel MAX 10 or Cyclone V FPGA, both of which support 3.3V LVCMOS I/O and can easily implement an 8192 x 9 synchronous FIFO using Intel’s FIFO IP core. The development kits and comprehensive documentation are readily available to support quick integration and migration from the discontinued IDT 72V251. Refer below:
