Request FA 1822-5776

IC is suspected to be bad part.

Failure symptom: Unable to program SPI Flash Memory.

Part Number: AE1822-5776LF

MPN: 5SGSMD8K2F40I2LG

Failure unit: 1

Failure rate: 0.36%

Trouble shooting done: Swapped every possible component, and swap a known good programmed part , unable to detect.

Operating temperature: 25 Celcius

Supply Voltage: 0.9V
