I would like to request any available reliability data, specifically MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) or FIT (Failures in Time) information for these parts. If possible, I would appreciate the data at a 90% confidence level.

Our report uses 70 degree Celsius.
Also, ST has the eligibility to file an IPS case. You may open IPS for next time.

FIT values for Agilex 5 is not yet available. Expected to be available end of March. Hope that helps. I will close this case for now as all of the information is provided. You may come back after March for Agilex 5 FIT rate.

Could you confirm if 10M16SAU169A7G belongs to the same series as 10M50DAF256I7G? Are both the part numbers from Max 10 series, with the FIT value of 45.6?
