Re-configure the NEEK's LCD daughter card

Please advice how to re-configure (to change pin assignments) the CPLD on the Terasic LCD daughter card for the NEEK (Cyclone III Evaluation Kit).

    First, unplug the start board two jumpers, JP1& JP2. Then connect you usb-cable and click the "auto detect" button in the Quartus Programmer. After doing this, you will see the MAXII device showed up in your JTAG chain.
