Hi CAlex,


I not able to find the Custom Reset synchronizer in the latest quartus version and also in the embedded peripherals user guide. I think it is a custom design IP meant for that particular design example.

The design example is created on 2016 and it is from 2016 which is using quartus 16.0 and it no longer supported on our side.
