Power up the device(CYCLONE 5) in temperature under zero

Hi Aiman,

We designed our board according to Intel's recommendation.

The device works great in all temperatures, but when we trying to turn it on at temperatures below zero

we are getting the " altera_load" failed with error code -2".

Is there anything we can try to resolve this ?

If you ae using commercial device, the operating junction temperature should be between 0 to 85C.
