Possibility for FPGA board repair?

We have two Atmel Stratix IV boards that aren't working properly. There is some issue with the header pins. Is it possible to send these in for repair?

    Hello Welcome to INTEL forum. Can you give me a little background/elaborate on your issue with the header pins? What is not working? Have you boot the board or any debugging steps done? Could you provide dev.kits product name and the Serial No# for checking?
