PCIe_RD.flash

Hi, everyone. I watched the video from altera, "See PCI Express Hard IP Demo on Low-Cost FPGA".

At 3:25 on this video, there is file PCIe_RD.flash which supports PCIe hard IP demo.

However, I cannot find that file in the downloaded files, even on the internet.

Anybody who knows where I can get this file?
