openvino starterkit with cyclone 5 FPGA

hello,

i have an openvino board with cyclone 5 fpga. i want to do inferences on this board. i followed all the references to install the openvino toolkit.

after installation, i checked if the fpga is connected to the host, i found it ("C5P").

i wasn't able to load the aocx file. by the way, i just connected both usb (JTAG and UART) to the host, i didnt connect the PCIe to the host. Is it possible to program the aocx file without connecting the PCIe?

also i tested the "AOCL DIAGNOSE" command, it returns " DIAGNOSE_FAILED".

is there any helpful tutorial for my issues?
