NIOS II on DE1

Does anyone know of a tutorial that would show me how to set up a NIOS II system on my DE1? I haven't been able to find any tutorials that show me how to do this, the video on the DVD that come with my DE1 shows you using the SOPC builder but doesn't show me how to set up the Quartus II ready to use what it give you.

    Read the user guide for the kit and sample examples for NIOS. They are all available in installation directories and Altera website.

    First install the Quartus II software and then install NIOS II EDK. You should be then able to launch SOPC builder (after you have opened Quartus II software) from the Quartus II thereafter.
