Need license for Quartus II 13.0sp1 (13.0.1.232)

Vickey, Thanks for the reply. I’m using the free web-license version. Therefore, when I go to the licensing page to create a new license, it tells me I have nothing to license. How do I get a new web license for V13.0.1.232? (Clicking the link in the s/w apparently tries to connect to a website at www.altera.com<http://www.altera.com> that no longer exists.)
