Need Cyclone IV E SEU Immunity data?

I read through Cyclone IV, and stating SEU Immune (bit error mitigation) but no didn't see any "test data" from the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab (LBNL) test reports that would be good to reference. Can you please help me locate some test data that would be a good reference for convincing evidence to use the Cyclone IV E in a military application to space? Again, we would like to get some data that we can examine to make a final determination.
